Kindly deposit fees to the official school account and present the deposit slip for receipting
If using M-Pesa, ensure the transaction is verified; keep the confirmation message for reference
Fees are due by the first week of the term unless otherwise agreed in writing
Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable
Only bankers cheques or electronic transfers are acceptable (no cash payments)
Late payment may attract a surcharge/penalty
A full term’s notice in writing is required for withdrawal, or a term’s fees in lieu
The Board may revise fees with three months’ notice
Field trips and select activities may be charged separately and communicated in advance
